Preamble
Klaus Heller Online Marketing (the “Operator”, “We”, “Us”) operates the brand, website & service Creative Lunch Club (creativelunchclub.com).
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website and service.
By becoming a member of the Creative Lunch Club and using our service, you accept these Terms of Service and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Creative Lunch Club legally reserves the right to deny access, at any time and without prior notice, to those users who strictly do not comply with these Terms of Service.

Registration, Subscription & Membership
To become a member of the Creative Lunch Club, you have to register via our Sign Up Form (www.creativelunchclub.com/join) and set up your subscription.
You only become a member when you complete your payment for the first time.
The membership, which costs 10 Euro, is valid for 3 months and renews automatically if you don’t cancel before the last day of your membership.
As a member of the Creative Lunch Club you get matched with two other members from the same city beginning of each month your membership is valid.
We reserve the right to refuse members if they are not a good fit for the Creative Lunch Club. In this case we cancel your subscription and send you a refund, if you have already paid your membership.
Refund policy
We offer a 90-day money back guarantee, if we couldn’t match you, because there were no other members in your city or if your lunch were not working out. To get a refund simple send us an email to hallo@creativelunchclub.com.
Matching process
In most cases you get matched between the 1st and the 5th of the month, but it can sometimes takes longer. You can always ask us if you haven’t been matched in the actual month.
Your first match will happen at the beginning of the upcoming month after your registration. So, for example, when you sign up on the 16th of July, you’ll get matched the first time beginning of August.
We use your postal code to match you with members close to you. This makes it easier to meet for lunch. You can enter the postal code of your workplace or of your home.
When you get matched, you and your two matches will get an email from us with some infos, like profession website and social media channel, about the other members and contact information.
The infos are taken from your profile. You can always change the information in our member area: www.creativelunchclub.com/members
Your profile data
The information given during the registration process is used to give your matches some information about you.
If you want to change your given data, please go to www.creativelunchclub.com/members.
As a member you are responsible to keep your data up to date.
In your member account you can determine that your postal code and / or your phone number is not shared.
Getting a rematch
If your matches are not replying to your messages or are not available for lunch, you can ask for a rematch via our feedback form: www.creativelunchclub.com/feedback
Having lunch with your matches
Members are responsible on their own to set up time and date for their lunch with their matches. Creative Lunch Club is not hosting the lunches.
You can communicate with your matches via the provided contact information. .
Feedback after your lunch
We also appreciate it very much if you send us also your feedback after your lunch via our feedback form (www.creativelunchclub.com/feedback). This helps us to improve our service.
